As usual, I enjoyed the Crabapple this year, even if their flowers have been cut short by the wind and rain we had. Both rose-red crabs have been remarkable and I am glad I planted them. The first is Malus x 'Prairie Fire' and is a hardy tree (U.S. Zone 3), which is about 15-20 meters in height. Even if I never keep a little smaller.
